ممثل المرجعية العليا في اوربا يهني العالم الإسلامي بعيد الغدير الاغر ويدعو المؤمنين والمؤسسات والمراكز الإسلامية الاحتفاء بأفضل الأعياد واشرفها وإقامة الاحتفالات فيها بما يناسب فضل هذا اليوم
 
واليكم نص تهنئته
بسمه تعالى
((اليوم اكملت لكم دينكم واتممت عليكم نعمتي ورضيت لكم الاسلام دينا))
بمناسبة حلول افضل الاعياد الاسلامية واعظمها شأناَ ومنزلة ومقاما عيد الغدير وهو عيد الله الأكبر، فلهذا نهنئ المؤمنين بما انعم الله تعالى عليهم من اتمام النعمة بالولاية واكمال الدين بالامامة والتي هي الصيانة من الانحراف والظلال ولذلك ورد في الحديث الشريف (ولم يناد بشيء كما نودي بولاية يوم الغدير)
فنسأل من الله سبحانه ان يثبتنا على الولاية المتجسدة اليوم بصاحب العصر والزمان (عج) ونوابه المراجع العظام فهم صمام الامان وبهم النجاة من فتن الزمان.

فنهيب بالمؤمنين ان يعظموا هذا العيد التي يرتبط بأصل العقيدة ويغرسوا هذا المعنى في نفوس الابناء والاجيال ويظهروا لهم ما فيه من البهجة والفرح والسرور وتبادل الهدايا والتهاني، وان كانت عندهم مناسبة مفرحة يفعلونها في هذا العيد الاغر ليشعروهم ويشعروا الناس بأهمية هذا اليوم وموقعه الولائي لهم. فان رسول الله (ص) اوصى أمير المؤمنين (ع) ان يتخذ ذلك اليوم عيداً وكذلك كانت تفعله الانبياء فيوصون أوصيائهم بذلك فيتخذونه عيداً، وقال الامام الرضا (ع) في حديث مفصل عن يوم الغدير: وافضل على اخوانك في هذا اليوم وسر فيه كل مؤمن ومؤمنة والله لو عرف الناس فضل هذا اليوم لصافحتهم الملائكة كل يوم عشر مرات

ولهذا جاء التأكيد على الاحتفاء بعيد الغدير بتبادل الهدايا واطعام الطعام فيه وافشاء السلام، وادخال السرور على الفقراء والمحتاجين والمساكين خصوصا الارامل واليتامى، وزيارة امير المؤمنين (ع) بزيارته المخصوصة (ولو من بعيد) التي تعتبر من اوثق الزيارات لما فيها من نصوص قرآنية واحاديث نبوية تظهر موقعه (ع) ومكانته من الإسلام وانه قسيم الجنة والنار وحبه ايمان وبغضه نفاق، وهو نفس رسول الله (ص) وحامل لوائه في الدنيا والاخرة الى غير ذلك من الاحاديث الواردة في مقامه الشريف.

فلهذا نهيب بجميع المؤمنين والمؤمنات والمراكز والمؤسسات بيان اهمية هذا اليوم بتزين مراكزهم واقامة الاحتفالات البهيجة فيه وإظهار ما ليوم الغدير من أهمية.
الحَمْدُ للهِ الَّذِي جَعَلَنا مِنَ المُتَمَسِّكِينَ بِولايَةِ أَمِيرِ المُؤْمِنِينَ وَالأَئِمَّةِ عليهم‌ السلام.
 
 
The representative of Marjiyeah in Europe congratulates the Islamic world with Eid Ghadir and asks the believers and the Islamic centers to celebrate the best of Eids, and to conduct the celebrations in accordance with the great stature of the day
 
 
 
In the name of God
“This day have I perfected your religion for you, completed My favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion” 5:3
In the occasion of the greatest of Islamic Eids and the highest in stature, which is Eid al-Ghadir, we congratulate the believers on the completeness of bounty and the perfection of religion with Imamat, which is the protection from deviance and misguidance. Therefore, the narration says (Nothing has been called upon like Wilayeah on the day of Ghadir)
We ask God to make us steadfast on Wilayeah as exemplified today by the master of our time (may God hasten his appearance) and the great Marjaas who are the safety valve and the guarantor of survival from the calamities of this time.
Therefore, we ask the believers to respect this Eid as it is connected to the root of faith, to explain this concept to their kids and to show them happiness, joy, and exchange of congratulations and gifts. Also, they can place their happy occasions around the time of this Eid to make their kids and people feel the importance of this day. The prophet has asked Imam Ali to make this day as Eid. Also, previous prophets asked their vicegerents to make it as Eid. Imam Ridha has said (in a detailed narration about Eid Ghadir): “Be generous to your brothers on this day, and make every believing man and woman happy on this day. By God, if people know the greatness of this day, the angels will shake their hands every day ten times”
Therefore, there is an emphasis on celebrating the day of Ghadir with exchanging gifts, offering food, saluting people, making the needy and the poor happy especially the widows and the orphans, and reciting the special Ziyarah of Imam Ali (even from far away). This Ziyarah is one of the most authentic Ziyarahs as it contains a plenty of Quranic verses and prophetic narrations that reveal his stature and position in Islam including that he is the divider between hellfire and paradise, and that his love is true faith and his hate is hypocrisy. He is the self of the messenger of God, and the carrier of his flag in this world and the next. In addition to many other narrations about him.
Therefore we ask all believing men and women, and the Islamic centers to explain the importance of this day by adorning their centers and conducting joyous celebrations to underscore the importance of the day of Ghadir.
